Confectionery fat masses to whip


Fat masses can be combined with soft cheese, fresh cheese, cream cheese (you can add gelatin), pudding or whipping cream (you should add gelatin).
You can put Foodtex masses directly on a cake or use as a combination with vegetable sour cream or dairy cream in 2 to 1 proportion with addition of gelatin. Fat masses are perfect as a filling for pralines.
We recommend filling the shortbread tartlet shells with our masses - make rosettes or gently warm and pour into the shell and close the chocolate.
